The Fallen Leaves
(Lakme Fashion Week)
‘The Fallen Leaves’ creates a mood of chaotic silence which instinctively connects with a women’s spirit, just like how nature sheds the dry and colourless to barren itself and thus be prepared for the engulfing change of the new growth and greenery. Similarly women with all their might detach themselves from the frivolous and old and empty their soul to be ready to accept the new change in their life with an open mind and hence bringing in spring in all its glory. When nature sits, it creates a chaos of the old and dry, which sits haphazardly yet silently in the autumn calm. Women similarly hold enough strength to maintain her Zen in all the chaos around her. Women, just like nature, amalgamate courage with beauty and grow from cycle to cycle spreading the richness of life. Ruceru here tries to put the spotlight on the synonymous connect of Mother nature and women’s power of providing with a constant change in shades of beauty.
